Position Summary:
As an Account Executive at Capsource, you play a pivotal role as a specialized real estate financial advisor, managing a portfolio of clients and transactions. You are the primary relationship manager, focused on building and expanding our client base through new client acquisition and onboarding.
Our Account Executives are essential to our rapid growth and success, bringing unique talents, training, motivation, and leadership to our team. In a market saturated with ordinary real estate transactions, the role of the Account Executive is to develop creative solutions that turn our clients' dreams into reality.
Day-to-day responsibilities include structuring and contextualizing each deal, collaborating closely with our loan processors to ensure efficient processing and underwriting. You are accountable for providing exceptional service to existing clients, nurturing strategic relationships, and expanding your client portfolio with new customers.
At Capsource, you'll work alongside a dedicated team that excels in setting clear expectations, working diligently, and celebrating achievements together.
Responsibilities of a Loan Officer at Capsource:
1. Build and Maintain Your Book of Business:
- identify and nurture relationships with potential clients to build a portfolio of ideal clients
- Grow client portfolio to target levels, averaging 15-20 loans per month.
2. Application Processing and Documentation:
- Gather and process complete loan applications from clients.
- Document client histories comprehensively (Past, Present, and Future) to develop a clear understanding of client needs and goals.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain a "Circle of Success" tailored to each client's objectives.
- Become a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and support throughout the lending process.
4. Deal Structuring and Pre-Qualification:
- Review core documents (e.g., credit reports, asset statements) to assess feasibility before structuring Letters of Intent (LOI).
- Deliver LOIs to clients.
5. Business Development and Networking:
- Grow client referrals and opportunities through existing client networks, aiming to achieve two new loans per month from referrals.
- Increase visibility within the real estate investor community through speaking engagements, organizing round-table discussions, and networking events.
- Manage outbound pipeline, combining provided leads with self-identified prospects.
- Make 80 to 100 outbound dials daily to engage prospects and set qualified appointments.
6. Mentorship and Coaching:
- Dedicate time to coaching and mentoring to support professional development with the newer investors
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (Preferred).
- Experience in private lending (preferred).
- Familiarity with ZOHO or comparable CRM software (preferred).
- Background in investment real estate (preferred).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
