This position is instrumental in ensuring smooth operations across various administrative tasks and client interactions.
Responsibilities:
Client and Team Communication:
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, team, etc via phone, email, and Zoom calls.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations confidently when required.
Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Assist with client inquiries, document preparation, and data entry with precision and timeliness.
Technological Proficiency:
Quickly learn and adapt to various platforms and technologies used within the organization.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and collaborate with IT support as needed.
Proactive Problem-Solving:
Anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Take initiative to streamline processes and improve efficiency across administrative tasks.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project management.
Assist in organizing team meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on professionalism and clarity.
Comfortable with speaking and presenting confidently in Zoom calls and meetings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new software and platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position based in our office, with occasional remote work flexibility.
