Laduora is a beauty-tech brand established in 2021 and paving the way since then, is seeking to hire a dynamic Marketing Specialist on a contract-to-full-time basis to join our team during this exciting and innovative period.
This role is ideal for an individual with passion and expertise in leading our marketing efforts across digital marketing, social media, website operations, influencers, and eCommerce within the beauty industry.
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand recognition, engaging our target audience, and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Co-lead the management of digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, paid media, and PR, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting across various channels.
- Oversee the execution of email marketing and social media strategies, including creating, scheduling, publishing, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Manage day-to-day internal and external communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and ensure campaign goals are met, delivering content that resonates well with the brand’s target audience.
- Manage creative resources, including photographers, videographers, on-screen talent, video editors, and other third-party personnel hired to help create content.
- Recruit and negotiate with influencers, including product exchanges or payments, content approval, and monitoring results.
- Write creative briefs and content outlines to manage the creative process both internally and with influencers.
- Track and analyze campaign performance data, including budget tracking, to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Assist in identifying creative learnings and insights. Implement A/B test opportunities for asset variations to optimize creative performance.
- Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to apply and test new knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing (experience in the Beauty Industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop and Canva preferred.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Self-starter and collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present professionally to cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills for measuring and tracking success.
- Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Position to start immediately (contract (2 months) to fulltime position) in the city of Torrance.

Pay: $67,076.00 - $70,000.00 per year
