We are seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to join our team as a supervisor. The ideal candidate will provide the necessary supervision for our case management services and enable us to bill insurance companies under their license. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with Ohio state regulations and ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision for case management services in accordance with Ohio state regulations.
- Oversee and support the case management team to ensure compliance and quality of care.
- Facilitate billing processes by allowing services to be billed under your independent license.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide guidance on case management best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all supervisory records are up to date.
Qualifications:
- Must hold active independent licensure in Ohio (e.g., LISW, LPCC, Psychologist).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a behavioral health setting.
- Strong understanding of Ohio state regulations and billing practices for behavioral health services.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of case managers.
Compensation:
We offer flexible compensation options, including:
