Some key objectives for your role as an XP3 Client Acquisition Manager:
- Become an XP3 Talent System expert: You need to understand and passionately believe in our Mission, Vision, products, and services so you know how impactful we can be to our clients
- Research: Use your research skills (ideally with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn) to understand our target markets (Construction, Manufacturers, and Law Firms) and proactively identify new leads
- Prospect: Utilize email, cold calling, text, social media, and other creative ways to generate new sales opportunities
- Build Relationships: Ask the right questions and build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Set Discovery Call Appointments: Closing new business doesn’t happen unless appointments are on the calendar. To succeed, you must be able to book at least 2 qualified appointments per week by your 2nd month on the job, which results in 3 to 4 sales per month.
Some qualifications include:
- 2+ years of documented success in B2B sales with a recent history of quota achievements.
- Experience selling Recruiting/Staffing services, or experience in a B2B environment selling to Construction Contractors, Law Firms, or Manufacturing Companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience using a structured sales process
- Tech-savvy: Intermediate (demonstrable) skills with G-Suite, ZoomInfo, Pitch59, MS Word, PP, Excel, team collaboration tools, and CRM systems.
- 1+ years of recent experience working from an existing home-based office with a computer, video conferencing capabilities, and a fast internet connection.
