Moments Hospice is currently looking for 3 Call Center Representatives to join our Team.
1 position to work M-F 08:30am-5:00pm
1 position to work M-F 08:30am-5:00pm - Bilingual English and Spanish
1 position to work M-F 07:00am-03:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer
service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer client inquiries and
resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
make outbound calls answering general questions and/or transferring calls to
the appropriate staff member or department.
- Follow company policies and
procedures for all interactions
for documents to be attached to the patient's medical record.
Requirements:
customer service or call center is a plus

- Strong phone etiquette and
active listening skills

ability to accurately enter data into systems
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
