Job Overview
SentriForce is growing, and we are looking to hire a Field Service Manager who is responsible for overseeing and managing field service operations to ensure efficient, effective, and customer-focused service delivery. This role entails managing a team of field service technicians, coordinating service schedules, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, and working alongside the operations manager.
Location
This is a fully on-site position located at our headquarters in Houston, TX (77040).
Responsibilities
· Oversee scheduling, product transfers, and Inventory Control through company CRM
· Manage technicians and Field Service Coordinator
· Oversee warehouse facilities
· Responsible for day-to-day operations
· Responsible for Department training
· Create and implement SOP’s for Field Services Department
· Provide technicians with necessary tools to complete daily tasks.
· Maintain and monitor safety guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.
· Oversee the maintenance of company fleet. Schedule repairs and maintenance, upkeep the software used for vehicle tracking and maintenance. Forecast Preventative Maintenance & Repair costs annually.
· Review and analyze production metrics.
· Travel up to 25%
