Belshire, a 100% employee owned, established environmental services company, is investing in a talented, dependable, and hardworking individual to provide great service and administrative support for our Compliance Testing Division, which provides underground storage tank permit and testing management services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with large, nationwide retail customers to ensure regulatory compliance deadlines are met at each facility
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, customers, contractors, and internal staff to schedule and/or obtain compliance testing and permitting documents
- Review and process (scan and file) compliance testing and permitting documents
- Provide customer service support consisting of but not limited to project communication and status updates
- Assist in review of federal, state and local environmental regulations to ensure applicable requirements are met
- Prepare summary and ad hoc reports for ongoing work
- Participate in weekly progress meetings and provide progress reports to management as needed
Other auxiliary duties may include:
- Assist with parts stock room inventory
- Process and upload compliance testing paperwork and photos
- Prepare and distribute field documentation to project team
- Submit test reports, schedule notifications, and other documents to various customers and environmental agencies

FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:
- 2 years business/professional experience or combination of relevant degree and experience
- Experience working in the environmental compliance or construction industry
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
PAY:
- Starting hourly rate will be $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on your experience
