Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your main duties will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Google Suite
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of front desk operations, preferably in a dental or medical office setting, is a plus
