- Consultative Guidance: Provide expert advice to managers and associates on HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with company policies, goals, and objectives.
- New Hire Orientations: Conduct comprehensive orientations for new associates, introducing them to company policies and procedures.
- Systems Management: Oversee and manage changes in associate-related systems, including hires, terminations, salary actions, benefit transactions, and onboarding.
- Policy Management: Ensure company policies comply with Federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Job Development: Collaborate with business partners to develop new job roles and ensure timely job creation with HR, Compensation, IT, and other departments.
- Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification is preferred but not required.
