About the Position:
The Billings Area Regional Vice President / County Manager leads and manages the operations of 5 offices and Title Production employees. The position ensures efficient, timely and accurate production of title, escrow and ancillary products and services. Creates and executes marketing plans with a high focus/ high priority on sales. They are responsible for administration, personnel management, accounting and finance, business development, risk assessment, compliance, and short and long-term profitability and growth of the office(s). This position has a high level of independent judgement and decision making and holds a position of trust within the company with full fiduciary responsibilities associated with the office.

- Has a Four-year college or university program certificate; or five (5) to seven (7) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Title and Escrow is a must.
- Must have and maintain a Notary Public or receive within 90 days of starting.
- Must have a Producers License and maintain or have ability to receive within 90 days of starting
- Experience managing and leading people including goal setting, promoting teamwork, providing feedback, training, developing, hiring, discipline and termination is a must.
- Proficient computer skills including basic navigation, ability to learn new programs and previous experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle for traveling within and outside of the community. Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and have ability to pass an MVR check.

About the position*
- Effective anticipation, management and resolution of all personnel issues, including those arising in the context of hiring, performance management, termination, evaluation, discipline, coaching, mentoring, training and development. Ensure employees understand Company expectations and completing frequent performance feedback.
- Application of specific knowledge and technical support to all title and escrow situations on a wide range of topics, from low to high complexity.
- Maintain industry compliance, business development and operational expertise by participation in industry and company educational opportunities to ensure that new processes and procedures are understood and incorporated into personal and office practices.
- Plan and manage fiscal decisions and accounting to create profitability of office(s). Development and accountability to annual budget.
- Fulfillment of all fiduciary responsibilities and maintain the extensive trust extended by upper management, and fulfill communication responsibilities by properly reporting of information to those in the management chain.
- High focus on sales. Including maintaining existing customer base and growth of customer base and market share through development and execution of a Business Development Plan that incorporates effective sales and marketing activities and ensures that customers are provided exceptional quality and accuracy in products and services.
- Collaborate with Corporate Management, staff and Company employees in efforts to educate and inform producers of title/escrow business of Company products and services (including providing training).
- Prompt, predictable and regular attendance to meet performance expectations and availability for team members.
- Work flexible hours and extended schedules, as needed, to ensure work is completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Project a positive image to peers, subordinates, customers and to the community in which we live and work.
