Manhattan Personal Injury law firm is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator with prior experience collecting medical/union/work records. Applicants must be energetic, dynamic, detailed, organized, and possess good oral and written communication skills. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and speak Spanish/English. Salary is commensurate with experience.
- request/review medical/union/work records to find specific information
- schedule medical appointments for clients
- assist attorneys with their review of medical records
- preparing clients for depositions
- Knowledge of Smart Advocate software preferred
- Experience in handling Workers’ Compensation cases is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $60,000.01 per year
