About the role:
The Rise Alliance Client Success Representative (CSR) will work closely with the team of Client Relationship Managers, Director of Client Relations, and the Managing Partners to ensure the company consistently delivers an optimal client experience.
The CSR core responsibilities are to ensure that all client-related information is up to date. This includes, but not limited to banking info, client budget, creditor settlement info, and coordinating with clients and Rise Alliance network attorneys to maintain accurate settlement payment information.
Additionally in the role, you will be responsible for entering accurate and timely client notes on all assigned files in our CRM systems, provide effective communications with clients, attorney, and internal departments to ensure high client satisfaction across all channels. The ideal candidate must have experience working in the financial services sector with a strong record of critical thinking, data and metrics analysis, operational strategy planning, and organizational management.
Responsibilites:
- Input sensitive information into our software in a timely manner such as client agreements, EFT forms, and settlement agreements.
- Keep track and stay organized of documentation sent out to clients and ensure that any needed signatures or information is obtained.
- Coordinate with Rise Alliance network of attorneys to establish payment schedules.
- Enter any neccesary notes into a clients file.
- Update lead list and and key in additional leads.
- Use Google Sheets and Excel to record client information.
- Ensure payments are lined up and communicate any missed payments or payments to be rectified.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
- Organized and an extensive attention to detail
- Motivated
- Eager to learn and grow with a company in an expanding sector
- Comfortable speaking with various clients over the phone
Education and Experience:
- Experience in the financial sector
- College degree preffered (Bachelor or Associates), but not neccesary if candidate has education parallel to the responsibilities for the role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
