You MUST be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with certification through the BACB to be considered for this role.
Shaping Expectations Therapy is looking for a BCaBA to join our clinical family to provide services in clinic, in school, and in home. (Mostly clinic at this time). We are a small ABA and educational provider dedicated to providing quality treatment and services through the use of effective research-based procedures to see the needs of the children and families we serve. We currently serve clients with developmental disabilities ages 18 months to 21 years old.
We are looking for a BCaBA to lead a team with the following responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and treatment of children with various of disabilities across multiple environments
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintaining necessary documentation requirements as per company policy.
- Ensure ongoing delivery of quality services by providing parent training.
- Deliver training, supervision, oversight, and manage Registered Behavior Technicians and BCaBA's
- Demonstrate and apply advanced knowledge of research/ evidence based practices in the field.
- Collaborate with certified staff and other clinicians.
- Manage case load and report to leadership and administration as needed.
- Attend and coordinate meetings with team members.
At Shaping Expectations Therapy, we value our employees. All new team members are assigned a mentor for the first three months to help with getting settled. We hold team meetings monthly and team-bonding events quarterly. We also provide annual evaluations and performance based raises.

Minimum professional qualifications to apply for this position are listed below:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (required)
- BCaBA certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBT's (preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (required)
- Experience writing applied behavior analytic programs, analyzing graphs, and graphing data (preferred)
- Experience with VBMAPP, ABLLs, EFLs and/ or PEAK (preferred)
- Medicaid Credentialed

Additional Information about the position:
- Salary is based off working 80 hours in a pay period (Managementhighly discourages working over 80 hours)
- Mandatory requirement to work one Saturday every 6 to 8 weeks from 8:30p-2:30p for Social Skills Saturday (flex another day off during the week)
- Mandatory to work until 6p at the clinic one day a week
- Clinic closes at 3:30pm on Fridays (Clients scheduled until 3p in clinic)
