The General Manager position comes with a salary of $60,000 - $80,000, additional bonus compensation of up to $42,000, and generous perks and benefits, including health insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS

5 YEARS of HIGH VOLUME FULL-SERVICE restaurant management experience

Be at least 21 years of age

High school diploma or GED

Basic experience with Microsoft Suite

Oversee the execution of the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house

Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction

Respond efficiently to customer complaints

Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible

Organize and supervise shifts

Appraise personnel's performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive

Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations

Successfully promote and publicize the brand.

Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as a restaurant supervisor

Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters.

Complete all new hire paperwork/onboarding according to necessary deadlines.

Train employees professionally and profitably by applying The Sicilian Butcher's policies and procedures.

Identify areas of improvement and provide one-on-one mentoring as needed, administer and document verbal warnings, write-ups, and Performance Improvement Action Plans.

Demonstrate proficient knowledge of all menu items.

Organize the restaurant following proper food rotation and cleanliness procedures

Order all food, paper, chemical, and other supplies as needed to run the store

Ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures

Have a vast knowledge of The Sicilian Butcher's history

Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security.

Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook

Send weekly update reports to Regional Operations Manager.
