We have a great opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in a luxury, established Plastic Surgery Practice and MedSpa.

JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility is to provide amazing customer service to our patients and support front office operations in an administrative capacity; this entails performing receptionist duties, appointment scheduling, checking patients in and out, skin care sales, supporting daily office operations performing general office duties.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet patients into the office, check in for scheduled appointments
- Answering high-volume telephones
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Triage patient inquiries and concerns to determine the appropriate party for follow up
- Ensuring all patient data is entered, updated accurately and correctly
- Check out patients, schedule necessary follow-up appointments, and collect fees due for appointment / future appointment (as needed)
- Skin care retail sales, collect payment / bill out purchases
- Patient follow up for no-show and cancelled appointments
- Keep lobby and retail areas clean, stocked and promotional items current
- Room patients, inform providers when patients are ready to be seen
- Room turnover, cleaning exam rooms
- Admin tasks: Manages filing, scanning, shredding, faxing, copying, mailing, data entry; preparing and printing of office documents
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma, or equivalent
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Above average computer, grammar and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to eloquently manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
