This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.
Hudson Headwaters 340B is a for-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of Hudson Headwaters Health Network, based in Glens Falls NY. Hudson Headwaters 340B specializes in the data management of pharmacy transactions as a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for national clients under the federal 340B pharmacy program; as well as providing auditing, compliance assessments and consultative services. The Infrastructure Security Analyst will work with the Infrastructure Security Manager primarily focusing on improving and securing our cloud-based networks and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about cybersecurity and technical infrastructure and is a consummate team player.

Liaise with Infrastructure Security Manager to complete IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives appropriately and effectively

Help complete internal and external audit initiatives i.e., SOC1, SOC2 and required documentation

Develop relationships with key technical and cybersecurity partners

Partner with various internal and external stakeholders to execute the infrastructure and cybersecurity vision for the organization

Help to continuously improve cloud-based cybersecurity and observability; harden Microsoft Azure technical infrastructure

Monitor and execute plans for patching, backups, auditing, and disaster recovery; help regularly test plans and remediate issues

Analyze performance bottlenecks on network, systems, and the overall IT infrastructure; implement corrective action

Manage physical assets and technical inventory

Help engage in incident response situations; be available off hours when required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems

General knowledge of information technologies and cloud networking

Ability to formulate and adhere to policies and procedures

Understanding of cloud-based computing

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instruction given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
