KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for all activities and tasks necessary to receive product into the Aspen system, including, but not limited to:
- Physical unload of product, ensuring products and supplies are unloaded and received on the dock in an efficient, accurate and safe manner
- Verifies packing slips for correct products and amounts
- Verifies certificate of conformance and sterility on dock to stock product
- Systematically receives product into IFS
- Completes all necessary paperwork and filing in complete and accurate manner
- Accurately prints and labels product
- Places raw materials and supplies in proper location after inspections are completed
- Supports the quality system and demonstrates knowledge including the quality manual, quality policy and applicable procedures and work instructions
- Responsible for skid wrapping where required
- Participates positively in department meetings
- Operates Powered Industrial Truck, pallet jacks and other equipment in a safe manner at all times
- Reports safety concerns timely to supervisor
- Cross trains with distribution positions and fills in as needed
- Maintains and displays strong attendance habits by being present and on time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Six months related experience and/or training
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to obtain and keep Hilo Certification
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Ability to read and interpret various measurement instruments
