Job Description:
The Packaging Support role is the daily facilitator for preparing and packaging all products needed for fulfillment. The packaging team must work at high levels of production efficiency, and safety. The Packaging Support is expected to follow, maintain and hold team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure product packaging and fulfillment is as efficient and safe as possible.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly and frequently with the Packaging Lead and wider team

Working as a team to achieve daily goals

Open and close workstations in standard, compliant methods

Determine daily needs for packaging, prep workstations with required amounts

Keep workspace clear and free of clutter

Understanding of different packaging tasks as needs change daily
-
Understanding the METRC associated tags and batch sticker process
-
Use daily checklists to keep facility running smoothly
-
Operate all necessary machines
-
Sleeve, sticker, package, wrap and heat seal all products post-production
-
Be proactive, find tasks when there is a break in packaging

Help co-workers finish tasks
-
General support tasks for all phases of packaging
Requirements:

2+ Years work experience in any industry
-
Strong communication skills

Drive and commitment to the role and team

Work Environment:
This work environment can be loud, with large machinery operating 24 hours a day and multiple departments working side by side. The Employee may be exposed to cleaning chemicals and intense smells from different products. The environment is cool as our facility is kept at 68 degrees or lower to stabilize the chocolate.

Compensation:
This position starts at $14.50/hr with structured growth potential
