Title: Level 2 Tech Support Specialist
Position Summary: The daily tasks of the Level 2 Tech Support Specialist will include providing remote and in-person technical support for a variety of clients and environments, performing dispatch and communication tasks, creating strong documentation.
Position Type and Compensation:
- Full-Time – 40 hours/week (during business hours 8-5).
- Salary – $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Reports to: Support Manager
Position Details:
- Monitor phone, email, and ticketing systems to guarantee timely resolution of support requests.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client information and work notes.
- Coordinate with other IT staff and users to identify the need for new systems and/or recommend enhancements to improve IT operations
- Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, evaluation and monitoring of network infrastructure LAN and WAN systems.
- Ongoing administration, configuration of Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Azure Compute Portal, and Intune.
- Support existing customer on-premise Active Directory Administration and Support.
- Ensure desktop computers can access servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, database servers, and administrative systems.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
Experience:
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Azure Portal, and Intune.
- Implementing and supporting Cisco and Aruba networking products.
- Supporting a wide variety of hardware, software, mobile, and peripherals.
- Deploying Windows 10 and 11.
- Implementing and supporting enterprise wireless systems.
- implementing and supporting Microsoft Server 2019/2022.
- implementing and supporting Microsoft Active Directory Domain
- Command Line administration, Cisco/HP/PowerShell
- common virtualization platforms, VMware/Hyper-V
- common storage Array technologies, HP MSA, Dell Compellent, EMC VNX.
- Experience supporting Teams Voice a plus
- Firewall Technologies
- 3+ years experience with IT/Managed Service preferred
Skills:
- Valid driver’s license and functional vehicle.
- Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Must present a professional appearance through proper dress and hygiene.
- Attention to detail.
- Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Must be self-driven and self-motivated.
- Customer service and conflict management skills are essential.
- Good organizational, time management skills and the ability to multitask.
