A day in the life as a "Traveling Branch Supervisor" includes traveling and working at any one of our branch locations as a Teller or Member Service Representative. Performs receipt/disbursal of funds for member transactions. Responsible for identifying member needs and presenting and explaining credit union products and services to members. Works with members to research and resolve account-related inquires. This high contact position requires the ability to communicate and work effectively with prospective and current members alike, while positively representing the credit union. Supervise a team of Traveling Service Representatives.
In this key role, you must be able to travel to all ACU locations as directed; must be flexible for last minute changes to schedule and location and work 40 hours a week. Some weeks may have overtime and the hours require Saturdays, but with time off during the week. The hours for this position are Monday- Friday 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturday 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM. This is a very important spot on the team!
