Plaza Auto Mall is now Hiring an Experienced Service Manager to lead our automotive service department and ensure exceptional customer service. As the Manager, you will oversee all aspects of service operations and drive the team towards achieving performance goals.

Compensation: $120k-$150k+
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the automotive service team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
- Utilize expertise in diesel engine repair, tire service, automotive sales, and auto service management to optimize service processes.
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality service delivery.
- Monitor service technician performance, provide training as needed, and enforce safety protocols in the workplace.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align service offerings with customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee suspension, alignment, shocks, struts, and other automotive maintenance services to meet industry standards.
Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a related field.
- Strong background in diesel engine repair, tire service, and mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with automotive sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Ability to lead a team effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Additional Information:
- This position may require occasional weekend availability.
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership is advantageous but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience as a Service Director/Manager
- Acura, Hyundai, Honda, and/or Toyota Brand experience preferred
