Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Toliver Chevrolet GMC in McAlester, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including overseeing sales staff, setting sales goals, and motivating team members to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing coaching and training to enhance sales team performance.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures, as well as manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve any escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management, with a strong understanding of Route One and VAuto systems.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with Factory and manufacturer processes and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
