Job Summary:
As a Drops Production Associate, your primary roles will be processing cannabis, cooking and packaging candy, and preparing product for delivery.
The warehouse works on a quota system — allowing the whole team to leave early with full pay once quota is achieved for the week. This requires strong collaboration and willingness to help wherever needed. Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a desire to be an integral part of these busy teams is crucial.
Duties:
- Cooks, cuts and sugars candies according to Drops SOPs
- Accurately and neatly assembles and labels product/boxes as directed by protocols
- Builds orders - pulls physical product, associates product with METRC tags, creates manifests in Distru and METRC
- Checks out orders- verifies orders match invoice, tags, and manifests before sending orders with sales reps
- Processes cannabis into rosin - wash, freeze dry, press, post-process

Requisites:
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and obtain an OLCC marijuana worker permit, an Oregon Food Handler’s Permit, and proof of COVID vaccination.
Experience Desired:
- 3+ years’ experience working in a professional kitchen
- 2+ years' experience in a fast paced environment, packaging preferred
- 2+ years' experience in shipping and receiving or inventory management
- experience processing cannabis or working in METRC
Physical Requirements: Essential functions require working in a hot and cold warehouse setting. Employee must possess the ability to stand for up to 10 hours a work day and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to reach with arms extended and/or overhead, excellent hand dexterity, ability to bend, stoop, stretch, use a stepstool, and similar activities and able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Work Location and Schedule: This is a non-exempt position with a 40-hour work week and occasional mandatory overtime hours. This position is located in the Clackamas warehouse and is currently scheduled Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm., with a 1⁄2 hour meal break and two paid breaks over the course of the work day. Work schedules and location are subject to change at the discretion of management and needs of the company.
