Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in receptionist duties, customer service, and possess strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and screen phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages)
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain executive calendars
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation
Skills:
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Experience in personal assistant or administrative role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
- Experience in filing, document preparation and payment systems
- Assist in brand management duties
- Proficient in retail sourcing for packaging, materials and fabrics
