SUMMARY: In this position the Branch Administrator will work coordinate and monitor office activities. Hours of operation Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch. (40 hour work week) Minimal overtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following and other duties may be assigned:
· Timely and accurate processing of customer orders via email/phone/walk in
· Work closely with Sales Team
· Communicating with customers courteously and promptly
· Provide excellent Customer Service to both internal and external customers
· Answering phone calls and resolving any issues
· Assist in preparing price quotes for customers utilizing CRM, Customer Relationship Management, software
· Gaining knowledge of products to understand customer needs
· Providing literature, technical information, product information and any other support to customers
· Process request for new customer account set up
· Process credit card payments and work closely with Camfil Credit Department to resolve any issues
· Portal invoicing
· Review daily reports for inconsistencies
· End of Month Process
o Reconciliation of Camfil Purchasing Credit Card
o Reconciliation of Customer Credit Card Log
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proficiency in MS-Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
· Knowledge of an ERP system
· Outlook email organization and prioritization
· Strong attention to detail
· Reliability is essential and availability to work overtime as needed
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· AA from accredited school preferred
· Minimum High School Diploma and equivalent experience of 3-7 years in an office environment
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
· Ability to communicate effectively orally and written to Management and employees of organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
· General mathematics skills required
REASONING ABILITY:
· Problem-solving skills required, multi-tasking
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to both office and plant surroundings. The noise level in the plant environment is usually moderate, certain areas required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
