Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable, Web, and Strategic Planning Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing accounts receivables, overseeing website management, and facilitating strategic planning initiatives to support organizational goals and growth. This position requires a blend of financial expertise, digital proficiency, and strategic acumen to ensure alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Receivable Management:
Manage the accounts receivable process.
Monitor aging reports, track outstanding invoices, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with customers or clients in a timely manner.
2. Website Management:
Oversee the organization's website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors to implement website updates, enhancements, and maintenance.
Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to optimize user engagement and achieve business objectives.
3. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives developed by the Executive Director and Board of Directors
Identified and prioritized strategic initiatives to drive growth and revenue
4. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze accounts receivable data, financial trends, and metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes related to accounts receivable and strategic initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost savings within accounts receivable and website management functions.
Recommend and implement best practices, automation tools, and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
Proven experience in accounts receivable management, website management, and strategic planning within a corporate or organizational setting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, conduct market research, and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial management software, website content management systems WordPress and Office
