Clinical Solutions Kansas is a closed-door pharmacy that opened in fall 2023 and ships out 13,000 prescriptions a day. The Kansas pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. Position: PRN Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT.
Location: 4615 N Cypress Street, Suite 150, Wichita, Kansas 67226.
Upcoming Mandatory Shifts: Thursday August 1st, 2024 and Friday August 2nd, 2024 from 11am to 5:30pm. Monday August 5th through Friday August 9th, 2024 from 9am to 6pm.
Pharmacy Hours: Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.
Competitive pay: $28 hourly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Pharmacy Technician license in Kansas.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Prefer Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prefer 1+ years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills and is detail oriented.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal and drug screening process.
- Ability to meet deadlines, be flexible, and open to new processes or procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to organize and prioritize to maintain productivity.
- Ability to maintain composure on the phone when handling calls from customers or vendors.
- Possess the ability and initiative to plan for and complete daily activities with minimal direction.
Duties include:
- Fill unit dose prescription medications.
- Continuously run the Unit Dose Packager machine.
- Review all unit-dose packaging for accuracy and errors.
- Ensure quality standards are met for all fulfillment tasks.
- Log all daily model site packages/shipments in the shipment log.
- Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by Pharmacist in Charge.
- Keep workstation area organized and ensure the area is free from safety hazards.

Must be able to express self adequately in written and oral English communication and to communicate effectively with customers, employees and vendors.
Physical Demands:

- Able to reach, carry, finger, grasp and feel objects related to duties.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stir, walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- The employee is required to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently to lift/move objects.
