The Tax Manager will assist in all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and analysis for LCS Holding Company LLC as well as oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and analysis for some of the 200+ subsidiary entities that LCS controls.

The Role:
- Oversees the preparation, coordination, and review of supporting schedules for partnership and corporate tax returns - including detailed review of fixed asset ledgers and depreciation lives/methods
- Oversees the preparation of tax computations and schedules
- Oversees the preparation of quarterly tax estimates
- Responsible for responding to notices and correspondence from Federal and State taxing authorities
- Assist with tax planning issues and research on tax issues
- Assist with sales, use and excise tax filing, planning and education
- Assist in analysis of tax consequences of acquisitions and divestitures
Leads special projects and process improvements that require collaboration with external parties and internal partners

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA designation required
- Strong technical accounting and tax skills required
- 4-6 years of experience in the tax department of a public accounting firm or private company
Experience in preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns

- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills required
- Strong technology skills required, including advanced skills with Excel
