We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Call Center Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing superior customer service and support. The candidate will also have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of software tools for data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide information about company services, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department as necessary.
- Coordinate with field technicians and project managers to ensure timely response to service requests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support marketing and sales efforts by providing information and assistance to potential customers.
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in a call center or customer service role, preferably in construction or maintenance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, experience with CRM programs.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
