Global Compensation Analyst
LHH is looking for a Global Compensation Analyst for one of our clients here in the NYC area. Our client has headquarters here in NYC needs this person to be able to work on-site in Manhattan at least 3 days per week. This position would be starting on a full time, temporary basis and compensate between $40-50/hr, contingent on experience.
The Global Compensation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with our business objectives in multiple locations worldwide. This person should have experience analyzing compensation data in Europe, South America and Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of compensation data to evaluate and ensure market competitiveness, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Market Benchmarking: Stay current with industry trends and conduct benchmarking studies to compare our compensation packages with those of competitors and relevant market data.
- Global Compensation Programs: Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs and policies for various locations, taking into account local regulations and market conditions.
- Salary Surveys: Participate in salary surveys to ensure accurate and up-to-date data, using this information to inform compensation decisions.
- Equity and Bonus Programs: Administer equity and bonus programs, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and values.
- Compliance: Ensure that compensation practices comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations in the regions where we operate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is a plus.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in compensation analysis and management in a global context, with a focus on market research and benchmarking.
- Strong understanding of global compensation regulations and market trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, HRIS, or compensation software.
Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
