**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing patient care through applied behavior analysis. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by designing and implementing behavior support plans to enhance the quality of life for those we serve. **Responsibilities:** - Analyze available data to determine the function of problem behaviors in individuals. - Directly observe and assess individuals in various settings to develop comprehensive behavior support plans. - Define target behaviors objectively and design data collection systems for measurement. - Implement strategies to reduce problem behaviors and promote alternative replacement behaviors effectively. - Provide training to staff and family members on behavior support plan implementation. - Monitor individual behavior data, document progress, and conduct treatment fidelity assessments. - Collaborate with team members to review behavior data, address discrepancies, and make necessary plan adjustments. - Attend agency meetings regularly to discuss progress and updates. **Requirements:** - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory. - Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field is required. - Minimum of 1 year experience in conducting functional assessments and developing behavior support plans. - At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. - Proficiency in medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and special education practices. - Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles. - Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse populations. - Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a high-pressure environment. This position does not offer relocation assistance.
