Job Summary
The autobody technician responsibilities are to perform the vehicle repairs listed on the repair plan based on OEM repair procedures and Factory Standards. We are not a DRP shop and will not perform repairs outside of what the manufacturer says.

We own 4 car dealerships and 1 motorcycle dealership in the Seattle and Tacoma areas with multiple avenues for professional growth!
Pay: $80,000-$130,000 per year

Responsibilities

Reviews Repair Plan and OEM Repair Procedures to ensure vehicle is being repaired to Factory Standards.
- 100% Teardown and plan repair with Blueprinter.
- Communicates with shop foreman, blueprinter, parts & paint technician to obtain needed parts & vehicles for smooth workflow.
- Communicates with parts department when consumables are needed.
- Perform welding, soldering, body alignment, and oxidizing operations in a safe manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Understands and follows federal, state and local regulations for the disposal of waste and health safety.
- Stays up to date on all Trainings including I-CAR, ASE and OEM.
