As a Solar Closer, you will be responsible for closing sales with potential customers who have shown interest in solar energy solutions. Your role will involve conducting in-depth consultations, presenting customized solar proposals, and overcoming any objections to finalize the sale. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to successful solar installations.
Role Overview:
- Conduct thorough consultations with interested customers to assess their solar energy needs.
- Prepare and present customized solar proposals that address the specific needs of each customer.
- Clearly communicate the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Address and overcome any objections or concerns customers may have.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover from lead generation to closing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product developments.

Compensation:
- Commission-Based + Bonuses
- Average earnings for renewable energy consultants range from $80K-$200K+ per year.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in closing deals.
- Solar experience is a plus
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for door-to-door consultations.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
