Registrar Corp is actively seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our existing clients to ensure they have the support and services they need to be compliant with Food and Drug Administration regulations. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be ensuring seamless client retention and satisfaction by managing a high volume of outbound and inbound renewals sales calls with precision and promptness. We are looking for a motivated individual who not only meets sales quotas but also strives to surpass them, demonstrating a strong commitment to client success. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role, as it will enable effective communication with our global Spanish-speaking clientele.
