We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Desk Team! Hours will consist of 7am-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
The Front Desk Agents are the front line team that takes care of our guests needs. Duties include, but not limited to: Taking care of our guests, taking reservations, checking guests in and/or out, answering questions, modifying reservations, cleaning common areas of hotel, assisting other departments when needed, assisting with the meeting room set up and/or tear down, as well as assisting guests with overall meeting room request needs.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attendance history, customer service experience, hotel experience a plus, ability to multi-task, strong problem solving skills, ability to work as part of a team and individually, must be detail oriented and overall offer a big smile and a warm welcome to all of our guests.
