What is an Enrollment Coordinator at ConcertoCare? As the Enrollment Coordinator you will be a key partner in assisting healthcare facilities in enrolling patients into primary care services. Day-to-day work includes verifying insurance, gathering completed enrollment documents, and entering patient information into an electronic health record (EHR.) A large part of the workday will be focused on communicating with Adult Family homes, communities, and families. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
Job Duties:

Verify patient insurance via insurance portals.

Enter patient information into the EHR including insurance and medications correctly.

Answer all communications assigned to the enrolment department.

Attend all scheduled staff meetings.

Perform other miscellaneous tasks according to business needs.
Required education and experience:
-
1-year experience in a medical office or long-term care facility
-
1-year experience working with medical insurance, preferably Medicare
-
High school graduate or equivalent
-
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Fluent in medical terminology

Must be detail oriented
Other key qualities:

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment

Experience using ECW – Eclinical Works (EHR)

Computer proficiency

Comfortable navigating between electronic platforms

Base Salary/ Wage Range $21.00 to $24.00 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
