Senior Controls Engineer (PLC programming exp. req.) Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot complex systems
- Engage customers by reviewing schematics and delivering guidance
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure project deliverables
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs
- Conduct simulations to review and test the functionality
- Drive efficiency, product quality, and flawless performance
- Stay ahead of the curve through continuous education
- Design components and automation strategies
- Travel to client sites, delivering installation, testing, and support
Senior Controls Engineer (PLC programming exp. req.) Qualifications
- Background as a project lead overseeing project scope and deliverables required
- Rockwell experience including RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, ControlFLASH, & RSLinx required
- Allen Bradley hardware setup and configuration experience required
- Proficient with Control Logix and Remote I/O Racks including 1756 (CLX) required
- HMI programming experience required
- Ability to travel 30-40% domestically and minimal international travel (<5%) required
