As a Cook at our establishment, you will utilize your culinary experience and cooking skills to prepare delicious meals. With a focus on food preparation and service, your role will involve handling food in a professional kitchen setting. Your experience in the food industry and kitchen operations will be essential in ensuring high-quality meal preparation. Additionally, your ability to plan menus and cater to different dietary needs will be valued. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.
This position is seasonal (June 1st – November 1st)

Experience: Must have previous culinary experience working as a cook or short-order cook
Responsibilities: The Cook will report to the Head/Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
· Assist the Head/Executive Chef with any tasks requested while working at an efficient pace to keep up with business needs.
· Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
· Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
· Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
· Have a working knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
· Possess a high school diploma (or accepted equivalent) and or relevant culinary education.
· Ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests while fostering teamwork and mutual respect among all staff members.
