This is a job posting for a Leads Manager/ Sales Assistant. This is a unique role that requires you to be open to learning, great with multi-tasking and to have the ability to manage multiple projects with different skill sets.

- You will be working on something that matters. We buy, renovate, wholesale, and rent houses in the Des Moines, Iowa market. Many of the houses we buy are distressed and bringing down the neighborhoods and community. We buy these types of homes which often relieve the owners of problems they have, then we renovate and rent the houses or sell them to our investor network. Either way, we are making the community better one house at a time and helping people along the way.

5 Requirements For This Position
I am very open to hiring candidates with different backgrounds, experiences and skills. However, there are a few non-negotiable traits that any successful candidate must possess.
- You must have a very strong sense of Urgency. This means that there is ZERO lag time… in anything. Incoming calls must be answered on the very first call. Emails must be returned immediately, as if robotic. When tasks are to be done they must be done without hesitation and followed up on until completed. Urgency is what will separate the winners and losers in business.
- You are an organizational powerhouse. You need to be a master of planning, coordination, scheduling and communication. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure without feeling overwhelmed or getting behind.
- You are very comfortable with Numbers and Technology. We are a data driven business. The numbers tell the story of how our company is performing and you are the one writing the story. Keeping track of all the numbers, spreadsheets, documents and such is among the highest priority. Nearly everything we create or use requires some type of software program or data analysis. You don’t need to be a programmer, but you do need to have fluency with technology and feel comfortable interpreting business metrics and exploring new platforms.
- You are proactive vs. reactive. You ask questions rather than letting things go undiscussed. You take ownership of problems and develop solutions without being asked. To do this job very well, you need to be eager to take action and have a history of getting things done.

You are going to be asked to do a lot of things, often at once, but the right person will be able to manage these responsibilities and transition between them as needed. You will not be expected to do all of this your first week:). It will be a work in process to get you acclimated, but you are a fast learner and will adapt quickly.
- Focus on the team aspect. When we are all working as a team, we are able to maximize our efficiency and provide exceptional service.
- Create and support a positive work environment.
- Manage all incoming Leads aka calls, emails and online inquiries and set appointments accordingly.
- Manage our CRM and make sure all leads are added to the correct follow up sequence.
- Manage, build, or edit our CRM for max efficiency.
- Manage our monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing campaigns.
- Provide metrics, data and updates for weekly meetings.
- Support owner/ sales people in follow up from appointments.
- Skip trace and call undelivered mail pieces.
- Skip trace and call Niche Lists.
- Call old leads and get them reengaged or added to the follow up sequence.
- Make sure no leads fall through the cracks and go untouched.
- Assist with calls and meetings with vendors.
- Manage website & SEO & Social Media.
- Assist in research and setting up new marketing opportunities.
- Handle all spreadsheets, creation of word docs, and management of back end data.
- Create a world class experience for our sellers/ clients.
- Come to work energized with a great attitude.
Benefits & Pay
- Expected starting salary of $45,000-$50,000 depending on experience.
- Yearly raises of 3-5%, or more.
- 3 weeks vacation/ personal time.
- Quarterly Team Performance Bonuses.
