As a Monitoring & Compliance Auditor, you will be providing monitoring and ensuring that all sites comply with licensing regulations for our Early Head Start and Child Care Partnership programs.

To be a Monitoring & Compliance Auditor, you must have an Associate's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Development, or a related field, with two or more year's experience working with families in an educational or human services program. You must also have knowledge of West Virginia Childcare licensing requirements, as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 2 years experience working with families in an education or human service program
- Knowledge of WV Childcare licensing, Head Start Program Performance Standards, and the service delivery area preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Ability to driver throughout the service area daily
- Ability to sit, stand, read, write, and attend to detail daily
- Ability to work with computers daily
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and monitor the quality of services and the delivery systems of NPHS Early Head Start and Child Care Partners.
- Ensure that all direct service components are delivered in an integrated way to all children and families by collecting data/observations.
- Visit Child Care Partnership sites a minimum of 2 times per month to evaluate operations and recommend improvements when needed; follow monitoring process for Early Head Start sites.
- Meet with childcare directors monthly to ensure partnership responsibilities are being met; serve as a resource person and assist in problem solving.
- Provide quarterly analytical reports to monitor the ongoing progress of the program's operations.
- Serve on program committee as assigned to guide planning and evaluation of the program and ensure that program target dates are met.
- Revise the monitoring plan as needed and ensure implementation of the monitoring process for continued and consistent operation.
