Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Line Cook/Dishwasher to join our culinary team in an elevated kitchen environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with food handling and storage, ensuring that all food is stored and handled properly.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Ensuring that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
Requirements:
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with our culinary team.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects, including food and kitchen equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a clean and organized work environment, with a focus on cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to help with tasks as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
