Job Title: SVP Commercial Lender
Primary Location: Tampa, FL
Position Summary:
The Senior Vice President Commercial Lender is responsible for developing new business, the structuring and closing of commercial loans, and maintaining and servicing an existing portfolio. This role will also represent the bank in the local community through active participation in community affairs and through marketing all of the credit union's products and services.

Responsible for adhering to and complying with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, adhering to Bank policies and procedures, and completing required training. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a senior commercial loan lender at a financial institution.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is highly preferred.
Previous experience working with credit risk analyst and loan underwriting skills.
Previous business development skills and proven track record of superior financial sales performance.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written communication skills, and presentation skills.
Must have the capacity to work independently and be self-motivated to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
