Job Responsibilities may include:
- Manage and direct phone calls - includes answering calls, placing calls as requested, forwarding phones, taking messages, and screening calls
- Sort, scan, and organize invoices
- Assist with organizing company or customer events held by Tube Supply
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of common areas and prepare boardroom for meetings
- Organize intercompany and team building events such as new hire events, holiday parties, and intramural teams
- Maintain files, databases, and archives of relevant records
- Maintain and manage accurate office supply inventory
- Manage, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Run errands as needed
- Update and maintain shared contact and employee list
- Any other tasks that your supervisor may assign to you

Schedule: This position requires working in the office Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, with one hour lunch break.
