About the Role
We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our People & Culture department. You will serve as a member of our team providing the highest level of internal service to our employees at Four Seasons Hotel New York. In this role, you will also support to the P&C department and every employee, assuring that all inquiries are met in a timely and accurate manner.
What you will do
Additionally, this role will support the team through many facets of People and Culture, including but not limited to: HR systems administration and records management (Workday), recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee events, and various reporting and administrative duties.
What you bring
Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent communication
Exceptional organization and detail orientation, with an unmatched ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in a service-focused culture
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
Ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment
Verbal and written command of the English language and preferably bi-lingual in Spanish
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within People & Culture / Human Resources
Previous hotel experience strongly preferred

Hourly range between $30 - $33 per hour
