Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Work Location: Hybrid Position -Remote and Office Hours
Job Description:
· Answer sales calls
· Ensure a positive customer experience through attentive service and effective communication, aiming to exceed customer expectations
· Schedule Estimators and Service Technicians
· Coordinate leads generated from digital marketing campaigns to the appropriate business unit
· Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable office
· Keep files up to date
· Assist in answering questions for pricing on multiple social media platforms
· Track office supplies and assist with ordering
Experience:
· Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
· Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)
· Procore, Bluebeam, Service Titan, etc., experience preferred
Qualification, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Previous management or supervisory experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Strong time management abilities and ability to multitask and prioritize
· Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a team environment or independently
· High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
· Ability to work flexible hours, if needed
· Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
· Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, & Outlook
· Familiarity with Procore & Bluebeam
· Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
· Bleuwave’s office is located in Chandler, AZ 85286. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting employment (Required)
