The Homecare Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the client and caregiver relationships and ultimately helps provide a “best in home care” experience for clients and employees. Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients; timecard processing, where necessary; and monitoring of telephony system and other payroll responsibilities as needed. In addition, this position will perform other office coordinator duties including the after-hours on-call supervisor role. Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Education:
Experience:
- Healthcare management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 5 years (Required)
- Office Administrative: 7 years (Required)
