We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant, including hiring, staff training and development, menu planning, customer service, facility maintenance and financial management. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing ALL aspects of the restaurant operations, from hiring and training staff to ensuring that the highest standards of food quality and customer service are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Hire, Train and manage staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage costs and maintain inventory levels.
- Develop marketing plans to increase customer base.
- Create a positive work environment for staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
