```Duties```
- Assist customers in selecting meat/deli/bakery items and provide recommendations
- Package and label meat products for display and sale
- Maintain a clean and organized meat/deli/bakery department
- Operate HMR equipment, such as ovens and sanitation equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Learn to order product to be proficient for when management is absent.
- Learn to manage inventory levels to be proficient for when management is absent.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation methods is preferred
- Strong customer service skills to provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite or general computer knowledge is preferred.
