Job Summary: Responsible for the day to day operations of the Branch Service department to include oversight of all service transactions in-shop and in-field.
Essential Duties:
- Ensure the department’s compliance with all safety and environmental health guidelines.
- Open / Review / Close work orders in CDK as required to maintain steady workflow in the shop
- Manage in-shop and in-field service and repair of new and used equipment.
- Assist the Director of Ops with the development of accurate annual and longer-range budget/forecast plans
- Maintain efficiency of the service shop by overseeing productivity, appointment, and scheduling
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales>>Service Department>>Corporate Management to resolve any workflow or communication issues and support sustained improvements
- Oversee to completion all Branch level tasks as assigned
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders as well as key suppliers and other manufacturers we represent Prepare customer estimates.

Job Summary: Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with strategic customers in the assigned region while providing leadership, support, and guidance to a team of Sales Representatives.
Essential Duties:
- Develop sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve the customer experience
- Oversee Sales Representatives and their professional development while also helping them resolve customer concerns or issues
- Maintain and nurture existing key or strategic customer relationships to ensure those customers are satisfied with the level of sales, service and support they receive from us in order to retain/grow our business
- Increase customer engagement, interactions, and transactions within the assigned region Area of Responsibility.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts leveraging our CRM system tool, the 5-4-3-2-1 Sales Process and Fleet data for each Sales Representative and for the region
- Advise and make recommendations with respect to regional trends, competitive strategies and support required
